Cost

HOW MUCH DOES RENTING THE COMMUNITY ROOM COST?

ANSWER:

  • $75.00 per room; per day
  • $225.00 larger rooms; per day
  • 60-person capacity per room with tables and chair

 

Additional Charges:

  • $75.00 for use of the kitchen

Deposit

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

ANSWER:

  • $250.00 for a group of 1 to 50 people
  • $500.00 for a group of 51+ people

Days and Hours of Use

WHAT ARE THE ALLOWABLE DAYS AND HOURS OF USE?

ANSWER:

Sunday through Saturday. No use is permitted on holidays.

Hours of use are 7:00 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Usage

WHO IS ALLOWED TO USE THE COMMUNITY CENTER?

ANSWER:

The Community Center may be used for community and private events, and public or non-profit organizations. These events may include, but are not limited to, civic events, cultural events, educational events, weddings, and anniversary receptions.

The District will not allow political activities, for-profit organizations or religious organizations of any kind.

No charge specifically designed for admission into facilities will be allowed.

Event Restriction

WHAT ARE THE EVENT RESTRICTIONS?

ANSWER:

The use of the following items is not allowed on district premises:

  • Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, illicit drugs, or marijuana.
  • Smoking is permitted in designated area only.
  • No taping, nailing or thumb tacking of decorations or signs to any wall, door or ceiling.
  • No glitter or sprinkles
